ChatGPT users can now edit images generated by DALL-E 3

OpenAI’s ChatGPT recently introduced the ability to edit images created by DALL-E 3 text to image generator. Here’s how to use the image editor on the mobile and PC version of the AI powered chatbot.

ChatGPT, the popular AI-powered chatbot is getting a bunch of upgrades. OpenAI, the company that developed the DALL-E 3 text-to-image generator recently announced that users can now edit AI-generated images using text prompts in ChatGPT.

Until now, ChatGPT subscribers could only generate images using AI, but there was no way they could be edited within the chatbot. In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), OpenAI showcased the newly introduced functionality by adding ears to a picture of a poodle generated by DALL-E 3. The company also introduced new image editing tools that work on both the mobile and web versions of ChatGPT and the ability to choose the image’s aspect ratio before it is generated.
