After ‘Poda Podi’, ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ and ‘Thaanaa Serndha Koottam’, he has directed ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ with Nayanthara – Vijay Sethupathi – Samantha. The film’s music is composed by Anirudh. This is Anirudh’s 25th film. Cinematography is by Vignesh Karthik and SR Kadir. The film was UA certified by the Censor Board. Red Giant Movies had bagged the distribution rights which released on April 28th.

The film stars Samantha as Khatija, Nayanthara as Kanmani and Vijay Sethupathi as Rambo. Vijay Sethupathi’s character is created as a person who falls in love with two people at the same time. The teaser and trailer of the film are set to raise the question of who Vijay Sethupathi is going to marry in the end. The film was highly anticipated and featured in a number of theaters.

The director of the film Vignesh Shivan has shared his opinion for the reviews.
