Offers built-in ad blockers and tracking blockers

Another prominent feature of the Ulaa web browser is its built-in ad blocker, which blocks advertisements on websites to deliver a clean web browsing experience. If a user wants to disable the ad blocker, one can also do the same with just a touch of a button. To block online tracking, Ulaa has disabled an API (Application Programming Interface) that connects and communicates with the device connected to the internet and it is also using a multi-ID model, which makes it difficult to track and correlate to a browsing session and the user.

Ulaa Offers five different modes

The desktop version of Ulaa offers five different modes — personal, work, kids, developer, and open season. Personal mode is enabled by default and Ulaa claims to offer enhanced privacy, ad-blocker, and even allows users to access their browsing history.

Similarly, work mode claims to boost productivity by blocking distracting websites. Along with that, the work mode also comes with a stringent ad blocker and is also said to protect the user from phishing attacks. In the kid’s mode, Ulaa offers a colourful user interface along with parental control options, where, parents can block certain websites to ensure online safety.

Developers mode is meant for programmers and web developers and lastly, the open season mode does not have any restrictions whatsoever and it even disables ad blockers and tracking blockers, giving all the controls to the user.

Ulaa is available on all major platforms

Ulaa, the first web browser from Zoho is available for all the major platforms. This includes AndroidiOS, Windows, and macOS. Users can download and access the Ulaa web browser on any platform for free. What makes it even more special is that the Ulaa web browser also allows users to import their search history from Google Chrome with just a simple login.

Do note that the desktop version of Ulaa also offers several exclusive features such as modes, which are said to increase the productivity of the user.

Ulaa is based on Chromium

Zoho has made use of the Chromium platform to build its web browser, which gives this web browser several advantages. For one, all the features that you have been familiar with on browsers like Chrome will also be available on Ulaa. Similarly, it will also deliver a seamless user experience, just like any Chromium-based web browser. Similarly, even in terms of security, the Chromium platform ensures that Ulaa offers all the latest features and capabilities as that of any major web browser. Lastly, the browser also allows cross-platform syncing just like any major web browser, allowing users to access all the search history on any device.
